Welcome to Mapped For Her. By purchasing our services or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

Our Services

Mapped For Her provides personalized digital travel itineraries based on the information supplied by each client. Each itinerary is created specifically for the individual client and is intended to assist with travel planning.

Payment & Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of purchase (or as otherwise agreed) and is processed securely by Stripe. If you have a billing concern, please contact us to resolve it before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider.

Booking Disclaimer

Mapped For Her does not book flights, accommodation, transportation, tours, or travel insurance unless explicitly stated. Clients are responsible for making all travel bookings and for confirming availability, pricing, visa requirements, passport validity, entry requirements, and travel documentation.

Accuracy of Information

Recommendations are based on information available at the time the itinerary is created. Prices, opening hours, transportation schedules, accommodation availability, restaurant operations, and local regulations may change without notice. Clients are responsible for verifying important travel information before and during their trip.

Safety

Mapped For Her may provide general safety recommendations and practical travel tips. These are provided for informational purposes only and do not replace your own judgment or official travel advice (such as government travel advisories). Clients remain responsible for their personal safety and travel decisions.

Medical Information

Emergency numbers, hospitals, pharmacies, and medical information included in an itinerary are provided as helpful references only. Mapped For Her cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of medical services.

Intellectual Property

All itineraries, documents, guides, templates, graphics, and written content produced by Mapped For Her remain the intellectual property of Mapped For Her. Purchased itineraries are licensed for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, published, or shared commercially without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mapped For Her shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, illness, delay, cancellation, property damage, missed bookings, additional expenses, or other issues arising from travel or from the use of our itineraries. Clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and accept responsibility for their own travel decisions.

If, despite the above, any liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the itinerary giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mapped For Her from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your travel decisions or your misuse of our itineraries.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will stay in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Mapped For Her.

Changes to These Terms

Mapped For Her reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is always posted here with its Effective Date.
